idea for a somewhat ''Kaizo'' mod

So after playing pokemon reborn (and watching some run on pokemon emerald kaizo) i was wondering if it would be possible to have somewhat a similar experience on pokemon reborn, to play the game where no one has evs, not you nor the gym leaders or pulse. 

i know there is a password to remove the gains of evs for the player, but i don't seem to see a password that only removes the evs of trainer battle and let them keep their ivs

You can just use the 0IVs password to give you 0 ivs too, then it's balanced.
