Looking for Incinium-Z - locked out of the quest

Hi everyone!

I installed E19 today and was hoping to solve my issue with Incinium-Z.
In know that one needs to use the Sweet Heart in the Broken Heart Sidequest in order to talk to the girl in front of the gym door in Onyx Ward first. 
Afterwards one is supposed to talk with the girl in the third floor. In my case I missed this and used the Sweet Heart in the Spyce quest.

I waited for the E19 release in which you can buy one Sweet Heart in the Candy Store.

Now I bought the Sweet Heart and have it in my inventory but the quest still doesn't trigger. I talked with both the girls and nothing happened.
The girl in the third floor only talks about wanting to run away - did I miss something or am I still locked out of it?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
