Ive been looking for them for a long time but these 3 do not appear. And i lose so much time at every rock soft resetting and still not getting one and giving up. Rendolf Posted June 10, 2022 Share Posted June 10, 2022 Well there's no such thing as a Normal Plate since Arceus and Judgment are Normal by default, but there's a Meadow Plate in The Underroot that you can get once you have Luna's Green Crystal Key and an Icicle Plate in Azurine Cave hidden in a rock at the top of the waterfall.
