Looking for meditite

Hey so I've been doing the complete pokedex sidequest and I'm stuck on meditite. I read that a girl on the right side of apopphyll academy is supposed to give it to me after I've talked to the four students on the second floor, but the girl isin't there. I remember her being there the first time I got to apopphyll academy, but now she's just gone.

Is this a bug or something or am I just missing another requirement for this that I am not aware of?

The girl that gives the Meditite is on top of the left wall of the Academy, through the left door on either of the top floors, though I don't actually know if she is there after Restoration. The girl at top right is the one that gives the Darumaka for a Luvdisc, and I know that she isnt there Post Restoration. If the Meditite girl isn't still there then you can just catch a wild Meditite on Route 2 or a Medicham in Victory Road (that one might pose difficult though).
