narutoDkurosaki
Do status moves like paralysis reduce speed of the pokemon and burn reduces attack like in the current pokemon games or is it different here. Asking because fought a greninja and paralyzed it but it still outsped my charizard and electabuzz.

VMeemes
Yeah if your playing on normal, it would 100% be EV trained (Though I think later down the line it applies to easy as well, though not til late game).
Z..
An ev trained Greninja with a positive speed nature and max ivs shouldn't be able to out run zard or electivire while paralyzed, unless your zard had a minus speed nature, no evs in speed, and only 3 ivs in speed assuming it was the same level Edited June 15, 2022 by Z.. z

VMeemes
Kinda lowballed the math on your charizard, but since the wiki has all the stats on intense mode, the stats on the left is Ren's greninja in Goldenleaf theater. So even with the paralyisis, greninja still would be faster than your charizard and electabuzz. Again, lowballed the math on your charizard due to lack of information, but even with a speed boosting nature on your end, charizard would only have 107 speed at best. And that's not even counting the electabuzz, which for sure is slower than a greninja, paralyzed or not. Edit: Hyper wrong math on my end, yeah the AI likely cheated.
