Move tutors in Seventh Street changed?

I'm trying to get Magnet Rise on my Minum so that I can baton pass it onto my Mega Metagross(I'm just before the Elite Four), but when I went to Seventh Street, where the move it taught, it doesn't show up.

I actually had this on Minum long before I updated, but I ended up getting rid of it...and now I need it again.

Could anyone tell me where to find the tutor who sells Magnet Rise?

Magnet Rise is found on the second floor of the Onyx Trainers' School.

Helloo, you will find all move tutors in the below spreadsheet:

Go to the Onyx Trainer's School 2F, and you will find this big door: 

 

 

Keep going straight from that big door to last open door in that room, ul find this room and talk to the lady as in the screenshot below:
