Department sticker 3 boy is not with the drifloon

< E19 >i went the abandoned power plant in windy weather and there was a drifloon there..(i caught it) but there wasent any kid to save.... 

I was confused and went back to the lady she says the "u saw kid getting surrounded by pokemon?.. i cant so plase go save him" or something along those lines... but i cant find the kid anywhere i searched every ward but there is no kid surrounded by any pokemon to be saved...

Ensure that you are on the latest patch of Reborn.

Once you finish the drifloon part, go to Jasper, where you will find some Venipede surrounding the kid. Battle them, and then return to Lapis.

yes i am at the latest ver... and no there arent any venipede in jasper...can you pinpoint exactally where are the venipedes?

Small little alleyway thing slightly right to where the lost cop was. Send your save file as well.
