About Noel...

I've been talking about this with a few people, and I'm torn.

Noel will certainly no longer be able to use Clefable in our online league however for thematic purposes I've been considering making a wild-card exception for in-game Noel (as most people will probably understand that it was originally a Normal type). In the past, several leaders have indeed used wild-cards, and although I don't like that solution because it feels cheap to me, given the circumstances I would be willing to exclude this scenario.

On the other hand, since Clefable isn't actually Nomos, maybe it doesn't matter.

Thoughts?

I say we give him snorelax! the clefable you had was just there to tank attacks but snorelax does it so much better! slap some thick fat on him and put curse, rest, body slam, and crunch and leftovers/chesto berry for extra stall and he is set!

Maybe you should do a poll and see what kind of results you get, that or go with whatever you personally feel works best. I honestly wouldn't mind it being an exception at all, since Clefable was a normal type originally.

Snorlax doesn't have Magic Guard, Cosmic Power, Softboiled or Stored Power

On topic, I can see why you'd be torn, since it's pretty much his signature Pokemon... Certainly you could throw in some loophole or justification with how good at words you are- if nothing else, make sure it's known that you didn't just overlook the type change >>

Does it particularly unbalance anything by becoming a fairy type instead? Rather, I guess the better wording is more along the lines of "is the type change too drastic a change to allow?" Obviously it bends the rules a little, but surely not so much that you absolutely must change it?

or make it wigglytuff instead loooooooooool
