Where can I find the razor claw?

Saw posts and youtube videos that said it was around azurine lake in the azurine cave. However I went and item locations have switched, I know I can buy them in the department store with 11 stickers but I still have a little bit to go before I can access the floor its on. Is there any other place I can get it?

You can get it at the end of the South Aventurine Woods puzzle, in the place where you get to catch a Pinsir or Heracross
