Choice Band without Hiker quest?

I'm looking for a Choice Band, but didn't do the Hiker/Onyx quest pre-restoration, and got the Choice Specs from Archer. Anyone know if there's another way to get it? I've tried stealing items from the clown in Agate Circus, but that method seems to have been patched.

 

Quite frustrating - any help gratefully received!

I don't know how far into the game you are, but you'll get one

  Reveal hidden contents

through the victory road quest, after defeating a certain number of knights (?)

Oh really? I haven't defeated all of the knights, but am through Victory Road. Trying to get a Band for the Elite 4. Do I need to beat them all?

10 of them should be enough
