Mega-Z ring quest troubles

Okay so I had zero clue that the mega-z ring quest was connected to the 7th Street Pokemon and as I got them I released the Makuhita as I already had a Hariyama and now after looking at the requirements I now released how much I screwed up. So is there any way I can get the mega-z ring or am I forever stuck without a mega-z ring.

Helloo, have no fear, a save file is near! With the save file in the link below, ul be able to get the missing mon u want.  

Or u can use the data chip and type the password "freemegaz" to get the megaring. Though doin the quest is more fun
