Could someone teach me how to teach a Shedinja moves like Pain split and endeavor?

Exactly how the title "says", I would like to learn how to teach it to a Shedinja, since I really liked the strategy that I saw on a youtube video one of these days.

As far as I know there's no way to get either of these moves on Shedinja unless you use Debug Mode, sorry
