can't find the power items i used the password for

so i used the "powerpack" password that supposedly spawns an item ball that gives the power items, it says outside the grandhall on the wiki but im not seeing it even inside or outside, it worked for the others but i was in the old run-down reborn city at that time when i used the others i deadass can't find it bruh, im blind as a bat tho so i wouldn't be suprised if i found it 2 seconds after posting ths

Outisde the grandhall, you will see this pokeball with the items:

Ok so im actually too far into the story to get the items anymore i figured that out yesterday
