How do I start a new game +

Hi, I've completed all of e19 postgame and would like to do a new game+. I keep seeing people talk about New game+ but not how to actually start a new game+. I mean I may have missed it, I skip over lots of dialogue in this game sometimes, but if there is one can someone plz tell me how to do it?

As far as I know there is no real New Game+. The game just gives you the option to skip certain puzzles with White lightshards.

NG+ is only applied to previous puzzles you have completed on prior save files, completing the post game does not unlock all NG+ features. Once you have fully completed a puzzle that is eligible for NG+, it will automatically spawn a white shard in the area of the puzzle, allowing you to skip the puzzle.
