Bladeheart111x
Hi ICSW, me again. By fixing Hatterene's cry you accidentally messed up a few other cries (such as Cufant's) also, some cries are suddenly quite quiet (like Bunnelby and Espurr)
Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted September 28, 2022 Global Mods Share Posted September 28, 2022 Thanks for letting me know, I'll fix those cries for the next reupload! I wonder how fixing Hatterene's cry caused all that when Hatterene was the only cry I changed.
Bladeheart111x
maybe it's my memory but I do know that 3 of Oricorio's 4 forms do have their cries shuffled (the exception being Sensu) EDIT: Cufant Definitely has Hangry Morpeko's cry somehow non-Gmega Copperajah lost it's cry to Cufant's too
Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted October 13, 2022 Global Mods Share Posted October 13, 2022 I didn't know that each Oricorio form had their own cry. Did Hatterene use psychic power to mix around other Pokemons' cries?
VirtualizingProductions
I remember having my entire Pokémon roster list after Lycanroc had their cry shifted by one position behind. (745 onwards I.e Mimikyu got Togedemaru’s cry).
Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted November 9, 2022 Global Mods Share Posted November 9, 2022 I ran into some strange issues when trying to adjust the cries. First I went into Rejuvenation's folder to copy/paste Cufant's cry from there, but it was still Morpeko Hangry Mode. Then I decided to copy/paste Copperajah's cry with Spork over Cufant's since Copperajah had Cufant's cry, which did work. However, copy/pasting Copperajah's cry from Rejuvenation into Spork didn't work. It still had Cufant's cry, and at one point (I forget if it was from this or something else) Cufant's cry changed back to Morpeko Hangry Mode, so I had to revert whatever change caused that. I've never encountered these issues when working with Pokemon cries before, and I'm not sure what happened. But the only successful change was Cufant's cry.
VirtualizingProductions
I was looking through older pokemon.txt from Spork (three years ago) and here’s what I found: … 744: Rockruff 745: Lycanroc (form 0 being midday, and 1 for midnight). 746: Duskroc (added entry) 747: Wishiwashi (should be 746…). 748: Mareanie (should be 747). … Because Duskroc was added to 746 as a separate entry instead of being part of a form in 745, everything Wishiwashi onwards have their cries become shifted by one (Mareanie has Wishiwashi’s cry, Toxapex had Mareanie’s cry, etc). Everything up until pokedex #745 is alright, only 746 onwards where it starts to be slightly off. This position below was from rejuv’s Pokemon.txt: … 744 Rockruff 745 Lycanroc (with forms 0 being Midday, 1 for Midnight, and 2 for Dusk). 746 Wishiwashi 747: Mareanie … That’s probably going to cause a huge rewrite on the Pokémon.txt just to adjust the pokedex numbers so that the battle cry matches the number. I remembered your previous post in the thread mentioning this, but I don't think it's that because I change the number in the cry files to match their Pokedex numbers in Spork.
VirtualizingProductions
Hmm, in that case, on the earlier post where Morpeko was involved, it’s Hangry mode should be on the same number as the Full Belly Mode, except that it might look like: 877Cry (Full Belly) 877_1Cry (Hangry) 878Cry (Cufant) Hopefully that might do the trick?
