How to make ability name appear on summary screen?

Hi, as the title suggests, i am facing certain difficulties in my attempt to mod custom abilities into the game.

 

As it stands, I have managed to get most of the ability to work properly (as far as i can tell). However, I cant seem to have the name of the ability, nor its description, appear on the summary screen.      

        

At the moment, they appear like this, just a blank space where the name of the ability is supposed to be.

 

I've read on some previous thread that i need to edit the PokemonSummary.rb file in order to display the ability in the summary. However, it does not specify exactly where or what is meant to be edited.

Looking through the PokemonSummary.rb file, i am unable to find even a hint of what i am meant to be editing. 

If anyone is able to help, your reply would be greatly appreciated ^_^

 

If it helps, I do have the Eeveelutions + Gen 8 mod installed, and I have already defined the custom ability in both of the PBAbilities.rb and abiltext.rb files.

also if it is not too much trouble, could a reply be accompanied with an image? my brain is rather miniscule.

Afaik, the abiltext.rb file does not perform any function in the current version of the game. You also shouldn't have to edit anything in PokemonSummary.rb. So after adding the ability to PBAbilities.rb, you have to add the ability and its description in the abilities.txt PBS file, and then compile it. Ask again if you don't know how to compile the PBS or if you need screenshots
