I dont have any data chips and i can't buy any from the 7th street! i have 17 badges and i can't get the 18th one because i can't fight the pulse MR MINE. I am stuck in a situation, where the game wants me to give a data chip in order to access the fight with the PULSE MR MINE, but i don't have any and i can't buy because in Lapis Ward i can't go to 7th street and buy any data chips. I have done the side quests that gives data chips ( one in the orphanage and one in the wastelands ). So please can someone trade with me soma data chips so that i can finish the game?
