If you want you can use mach punch and u turn for some kind of damage but it won't get much out of it. Ledian simply put, is a very poor Pokemon. It's got a whopping 35 base attack; even after a Swords Dance, which it can learn, even mediocre attackers will trump you in attack. Its special attack is only slightly better, at base 55. Did I mention it has quite poor HP and Defense? Its Special Defense is the only slightly redeeming thing about it, at a whopping base 115. But wait, we need more negative qualities. Ledian is a small bug, right? So you'd expect it to be incredibly fast. Nope, it has a very average 85 base speed. To add further insult to injury, it has a x4 weakness to Stealth Rock. Right, as if we needed more things preventing it from utilizing its Special Defense. If this paragraph wasn't enough to disuade you, then by all means, continue to the second paragraph, which actually talks about the set. So, like I said, Ledian has poor stats, a crippling weakness, and its movepool isnt even all that special. Thus we'll use one of the few things it has, dual screens. Perhaps you'll be able to set both up without being shredded to pieces, and clear the way for your other Pokemon. Sound good? Toxic is about the most damaging move Ledian has in all its movepool; no reason not to use it. U-Turn can let you scout, thus it is quite useful. If you manage to pop an Agility, Ledian will be able to out speed everything up to Jolteon. This means you'll easily be able to get a Screen up or if necessary, just straight Baton Pass.
