i am agate circus part of the game could you help me to improve my team.I want to make a team a round charizard. Could you give me advice?

Charizard is a fire/flying type. A best teammate for him is a Rock or Steel type. 

Since Charizard is a fast pokemon. Let's pick a bulky one like Steelix. 

And then you'll need a supportive grass or Electric type to deal with your water weakness. 
I personally use Galvantula. It can set Sticky Web. Or you can use Vileplume to set up Sun.

Then, you'll want a glass canon pokemon. The one faster than Charizard in case you need to race.
Notably Gengar, Aerodactyl, Weavile.

The others are flexible. Do as your heart desire.
