Can't remember if he was there at the station but is definitely not present in the forest. ive been able to find the 3 workers from a help guide, and they say they are going to head over, however i cannot submit the money or the Scyther due to Xem not being there, thus making it impossible to fight Aya or start Goomink sidequest.
