0 RTresserhorn Posted September 1, 2023 Share Posted September 1, 2023 Since you didn't mention which mons you want to put the move on, I can only tell you this: Pokemon Reborn operates on Generation 7 Moveset. Draining Kiss is only a TM from Gen 8 on. Ergo: Only mons that have in their level-up movelist in gen 7 (or Audino through breeding) can learn it.
