319 Attack and 317 Speed are decent stats for Sweeping. Intimidate cuts your opponent's Attack when you switch in, which means Arcanine wouldn't be in that much danger against other Physical Pokemon. Close Combat takes out Steel types that Flare Blitz can't, like Heatran. Wild Charge takes out Water types and Flare Blitz takes out Steel Pokemon, pity they have recoil damage though. ExtremeSpeed helps you kill off Pokemon on the verge of death, which makes your work easier.
