Is there a way to get Hisuian starter evolutions?

I was just wondering if there was a way to get them.

I wanted to know this answer too. 
I ended up going to their discord and found it. 

You CAN get the hisuian starters - at least if you start over or have one of their non-evolved forms to evolve(?). SPOILER INC:

Someone said you have to do a Mr.Luck? Sidequest to get an item that can evolve any of the three starters.

Does Hisuian Samurott have a crest then? Or is it only Unovan Samurott that has a crest?

You can get all Hisuian Starters, since all of the Johtos were already avable in the game. And the method is:(spoilers?):

You need to get the item "Ancient Teaching" and use them on the middle evolutions. Pretty sure there are multiple ways, even early game. Probably you can use it if you choose one of these starters at the start.
