Expand Black Prism pokemon are a 1/100 chance to appear. Additionally, you can find Prisms from other events in the game, such as Route 6 boats, and some other secret events that you can find later on in the story. That's handy to know actually thanks. Man I can't imagine the insane people trying to get a Prism Shiny Pokemon. Kudos to those people I guess.
