Cyphre
There is only one to find, but i got an extra by checking wild Hawlucha on route 8. Just use standart Frisk procedure and reload until he got it. Can repeat it too.

Cyphre
In theory Poliwag line in the wild and Slowbro also can appear in the wild with it.
SaurianFan
Poliwag does not have any held items and neither Poliwhirl or Slowbro are available at my point in the game. Plus, Slowpoke do not have a chance of King's Rock, their only held item is Lagging Tail. Is there any point before they become available in the wild that you can get a King's Rock? Cyphre
There is one available in the entire game, i don't exactly remember where, after that i would just pick them off Hawlucha on Route 8 if you need extra. I never said anything about a Slowpoke too, you can check on Bulbapedia what pokemon or lines of pokemon can have King's Rock as held item in the wild. vampirevulpix
You'll get a King's Rock at Evergreen Island if you catch "the Emporer" (an Empoleon) at the Spring of Preservation and show it to the grandma living in the house at the island.
