Stuck after beating Saphira in the Gym

SO I finally beat Saphira, I walk out the door and Ferns older sibling is floating around (get pwned terra) and apparently the door to the front of the gym is supposed to be there now. Its not and Im stuck. What do I need to do in the debug menu for the door to appear and the story to continue.

I'm not familiar with the debug menu, but the front door to Saphira's gym only opens either just before you face Saphira or if you lose to her.
