Voltorb can be found on the upper level of Tyrulic Temple but it simply never appears in battle. I've been searching for almost 2 hours and it just doesn't appear. Is there something I need to do so Hisuian Pokemon can appear, like progress on the story? Is it bugged? I already tried reinstalling the game just to make sure it isn't missing files or something. ProphetDomme Posted January 9 Share Posted January 9 I encountered two of them on the outside upper level and entered the temple right after unlocking it, so I don't think that it depends on the story progress They are very rare though and have self destruct and explosion, take a pokemon with damp in your team, so they can't use those attacks.
