Fifth gen and Sixth gen don't fit in the post so they will be posted two posts down.

Since Nickaboo left for Mexico the Pokemon Location guide has fallen behind and we have no real way of updating it. So here's V2 of the pokemon location guide created so we can have an up to date guide for the locations of the pokemon in reborn.

You need the Yureyu Key. There's a path in Tanzan Mountain that requires Rock Smash + traversing some tricky ledges to pass. And a similarly tricky Strength puzzle after that. But once you've gotten through all of that, said Key is yours. (You can also find a Solosis there, if you look very carefully...)

We're probably gonna have to add "Magikarp" in the list of "Removed or Changed"... ugh

You don't notice how good a pokemon can be until there's only one of it available in the game. Farfetch'd in FR/LG doesn't count.

Been searching for hours butt cant find the Yureyu Key. Can someone please say where in the cave it's located at? PLEASE I'M BEGGING. :unsure:

You remember the place where you had to look for Sapphira after the events that occured at Team Meteor's Base at Tanzan Mountain? If you do, go back there and you should be able to enter the cave.

I believe so, yes. If you encounter a room with a bunch of rocks on the ground and a giant gaping hole to the right, you're there. Its also how you got to the South Aventurine Forest/Route 1.

You're not at the proper location where you finally get Pinsir/Heracross. I believe Vinny made a post about this, I'll edit it in..

EDIT: Too lazy to find it.. nvm. But anyways, you need to be in the South Aventurine Woods in order to finally locate the Pinsir/Heracross that will allow you to choose one of the them. Try exploring each entrance to the South Aventurine Woods from left to right and make sure you bring a lot of honey, repels, and sanity.

Essentially it breaks down to you needing to put honey on loads of trees in order to attract Heracross and Pinsir, then beating one of them to clear the logs/webs in the south forest. Heracross beats webs, Pinsir breaks logs. You'll also need to move some logs with the Bouffalants on route 1, and ride a Tauros. Eventually you'll reach a point in the far east of the south forest, there's a Pinsir fighting a Heracross there. Beat the Pinsir and the Heracross will join you and vice versa.

To get to the Beryl wall you need to have 8 badges. The entrance is in 7th street. Once you make it to the Beryl wall you need to mine the rock inside, then blow it up with blast powder and mine it again. That gives you access to the rock behind it, which has a hidden item that you need to trade with someone in 7th street for a piplup. In short unless you're very close to the end of the current release you can't get it yet.
