Fifth gen and Sixth gen don't fit in the post so they will be posted two posts down.

Since Nickaboo left for Mexico the Pokemon Location guide has fallen behind and we have no real way of updating it. So here's V2 of the pokemon location guide created so we can have an up to date guide for the locations of the pokemon in reborn.

Hey guys i got some pokes from the event changes(a new mareep,second azurill,second gothita,second ralts and second mime jr)Now i want to ask you because i dont want to waste time searching pokemons i cant catch.Are the Cacnea and Gulpin Event available?(I completed these events in the previous episodes)

The Cacnea event is not available. That event wasn't resetted iirc

And i think that the Gulpin one wasn't resetted... but the Gulpin one i didn't test, so the best thing you can do is test it yourself ^^

Also Ame might want to change the initial text that says she (Craudburry) can "obtain another one from Johto or Hoenn" because I'm pretty sure Buizel is not native to either of those regions.

This is cool. I was hoping Buizel would be moved forward, 'cause there's no real point in using it where you used to get it. I've never used one before so I might grab it.

I do miss Chinchou though. One of my favorite water types.

Nope. The reason Gulpin event was not reset is because it will be wild-catchable in a future location (which is also why it wasn't included sooner)

In regards to Chinchou, the point was not to axe but to balance out the rewards between the gangs. Lanturn is a uniquely typed pokemon that does have some niche and application, and further, isn't available otherwise yet. Ponyta, by comparisson, is catchable around the E10 area and rather lackluster anyway. Buizel is a much better fit, single typed as well and also catchable at the same time. I should have done that in the first place but I think I forgot it existed.

Chinchou will almost certainly be returning in E13, or if not, when dive is usable.

She means that we'll be able to catch Chinchou in the wild, or encounter an event through the use of dive.

It should be noted that Gulpin can only be found once you defeat Florinia. It can't be found in rainy, windy, or thunderstorm conditions. I'll check sunny later but I anticipate that'll be a no as well.

That's the problem: I started a new file and i can't find Gulpin before Julia. Tried multiple weathers (Not sunny), with or without Pokesnax, and no result.

Ok now this is getting crazy. Can you give any details as to the nature of the encounter? Weather? Did you have Pokesnacks? Anything you can think of. 'Cause I haven't been able to find it at all until after Florinia.

I'm not even at Florinia in my new save file. I ran into it on a clear day while I was fighting the trainers on the stairs in the Opal Ward.
