Do Special Pokemon Respawn?

I just spent about fifteen minutes running through town to find Teddiursa, and when I finally battled it, I accidentally ran away when trying to open the bag. I've searched around the FAQ and forums for this, but I haven't found anything. So, is there a way to get this Teddiursa to reappear?

I don't think so :/ (Can someone confirm?). That's why you always save before doing anything ^^. But yeah, i guess you are out of luck :/

I think that Teddiursa was the only one (Well, until now. Maybe Ame will make Teddiursas appear as a wild pokemon in a future episode. Maybe...) So, if you are not that far in the game, maybe you should consider restarting (MAYBE). If you are far, well, maybe you should wait :x

you need to restart the game again if you want it, or maybe in the next update can added in the wild

Running from Teddiursa shouldn't cause it to no longer exist, but it might run off somewhere else.

Maybe i can ask this then: Does every pokemon that runs away from you at first (Excluding Vulpix now) might run somewhere? Or just Teddiursa?
