How to make this tree disappear?

im new to reborn and so far im loving it~

eevees are awesome and i wanted to catch get one, but im having trouble getting to the eevee.

I kno theres a video on how to get the eevee, but the thing that leaves me confused is making the tree disappear.

Im talking about the tree that leads to the train, NOT the tree the leads to the cave. I havent fought serra yet cause i wanted to add eevee to my team first before battling her. How do yu get rid of the tree near the fountain?

If the weather is windy, just 'bump' it, like when you crash with a wall... But I'm not sure if you have to beat Serra to do the event tho...

if the tree going to the train you are pertaining too, try circling around and the tree will dis appear i found out that trees in that forest has pattern in apearing and disapearing..

for the tree to the eevee cave it must be windy as rasen said

It has to be at night and windy. I think I did it around 8:00.
