Crimson
level up Lucario one more level ant it will learn CLOSE COMBAT,, and for you 6TH Pokemon I recommend an Electric type to counter his freaking Fast flying types
BigShotJoe
maybe i got lucky but Noel was by far the easiest gym leader I've ever fought in any game. Probably helped that my blaziken has absolutely perfect attack and speed boost though...
Moshe
Give Noel a Snorlax! That would be awesome
sandy
corrext me if im wrong but isnt fairy weak to poison? if i remember corectly it is therefore crobat should have the edge over clefable and as others have said a 6th pokemon is really handy as for noel i smacked him hard with my scrafty charizard and magneton fairy is also week to steel btw crimson id go one step further and recomend he gets a magneton as his final team member as itll help him loads when going for the 7th and th badge also. since even if mincheno hits 5 times with tail swipe, bullet seed or rock blast it'll hardly do anything Edited March 4, 2014 by sandy
Khayoz
The whole point of Clefable was Nomos. Getting rid of Clefable would mean changing Nomos to something else and just...plot complications...
GottaLoveShuckle
Nothing wrong with Noel having one pokemon that isnt normal type anyways... The Ice leader in Gen 4 (forgot her name) had a Medicham (a fighting not ice type) as her ace for when in a though situation and I thought that was friggin awesome. Crimson
i remember Cain has a Samurott base on the Story.
Vinny
Noel's an exception though... I mean, the only reason Candice has a Medicham is because of the regional dex, (Her Medicham appears in the anime, sure... But it never appeared again in any other game...) like Flint in DP elite four... And Cain took the Oshawott cuz well, Cain "wanted to", so whatever... No one was expecting a new type after BW2, and changing Noel's Clefable to something else would mess the plot, because of the doll and stuff... So in his case, it's an exception... (Side note: To anyone that knows his "way" around the server: Can Noel use a Clefable in the SERVER league?)
dragoniteborntacoz
porygon z is the biggest problem i had too but once you find a counter to it your golden gardivore worked for me took porygon z down with one moonblast
wowireallylovesweaters
I leveled up a Scrafty and swept almost the entire team with him The only exception would be the birds, Swellow's flame orb + facade was a goddamn nightmare but all of my other Pokemon combined managed to bring him & Staraptor down. I would recommend a bulky electric type for the birds that can take a hit (or focus band/sash whatever it is) like Electivire maybe? Magnezone if you have one from previous EPs?
