[Banded Boxer]
Hitmonchan (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch

Iron Fist boosts the power of every single move in this set, together with Choice Band, you be KO-ing stuff. Fire Punch to take out Steel types and Ice Punch for Dragon and Flying types. Mach Punch provides you with priority to kill off dying Pokemon. Drain Punch heals Hitmonchan and together with STAB, Iron Fist and Choice Band boosts, Hitmonchan will be on the top of the mountain in no time ;)

[Champion of Choice]
Hitmonchan (M/F) @ Choice Band
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 atk/ 252 spd
Adamant Nature
-Close Combat/ Sky Uppercut
- Ice Punch/ Thunder Punch
- Fire Punch
- Mach Punch/ Earthquake

Although Close Combat doesn't get the Iron Fist boost it's a consistent STAB for Hitmonchan. But if you go with Sky Uppercut you won't have the defense drop you get from CC. Ice Punch hit's flying types and grounds. Thunder Punch can help against waters although you might not need it. Fire punch hits steels and pesky bugs. Mach Punch gets a small iron fist boost but the choice band compensates for it. Earthquake for coverage on poisons.

I'd prefer to use sky uppercut since it will actually hit a pokemon that has flown up, as I have discovered on Black. With Ice Punch for flying (and especially the common flying/dragon and ground/dragon) and grass types, I prefer to use Thunder Punch over fire punch. T Punch will really knock a gyarados down to size and ice punch will help take care of the aver grass pokemon. Really, you'd only use fire punch specifically for masterfetish (Ferrothorn) and Skarmory- t punch will still wallop skarmory and a stab fighting move will suffice to take down ferro. T punch over F punch will net you a boost over water types while Fire punch will help out with the still largely uncommon bug type.

With all this type coverage, I would argue that Hitmonchan would be better served by Life Orb to let it freely choose it's next gut-check move on whatever comes in after its first victim.

Hitmonchan (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 76 HP / 180 Atk / 252 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Bulk Up
- Ice Punch / Stone Edge

What's this? It's a fucking mini Conkeldurr, that's what. It has a little less attack, but it definitely makes up for it in Special Defense. So now, this follows the same premise as Conkeldurr. Bulk Up until you feel comfortable. After that the rape train can start rolling. Another thing that sets Hitmonchan apart from durp is Iron Fist. Meaning that all of the moves on this set get a small boost in power. That's some nice shit. Chan makes a decent sub for durp when used correctly.
