Zygarde is essentially this generation's Kyurem. Nothing special in any regard, and getting the short end of the stick in the legendary trio. It isn't useless, though. Its roles are notably more defined than Kyurem, such as this offensive set. Outrage hurts, I don't need to say anymore. Earthquake is badass STAB coverage with Outrage, too bad neither touches Togekiss. Extreme Speed is for going Ricky Bobby on the other guy, and also gives the annoying little flying fairy a bruise. Dragon Dance is the final thing, being able to boost your offensive prowess further. The item choice is Lum Berry for a get out of jail free card when using Outrage.

While Zygarde has offensive sweeping capabilities with Dragon Dance, this set makes use of both Zygarde's Offenses and Defenses. With Coil, you're able to raise Zygarde's Attack, Defense, and Accuracy. This makes Extremespeed very useful, since it means you don't need any Speed EV's on this kind of Zygarde. Dragon Tail is great on this moveset because since Coil makes it difficult to KO, you can phaze teams with Hazard support. Earthquake is main STAB and becomes very powerful per Coil. Good teammates with this set would be anything that sets up multiple hazards, such as Deoxys-D, Smeargle, etc, Pokemon that would resist Ice and/or Dragon moves, such as Rotom-W, Heatran, Jirachi, Mega Mawile, Mega Gardevoir, etc, and Wish support Pokemon such as Blissey, Florges, etc.

For a fast offensive presence from the Dragon/Ground trio(Zygarde, Flygon, Garchomp), Zygarde had the advantage over them with Dragon Dance. However, based on Garchomp's speed, he is used much more than Zygarde, so I aim to do the opposite of that; a bulky set to manipulate it's good base defense. For this, I use glare to paralyze fast and potent sweepers of any sort, which can especially be a pain for DDance users if they don't have a lum berry. Coil raises it's already large defense stat and decent Attack stat. Zygarde serves as a good counter to Talonflame, and will KO it if the opponent uses Roost. Dragon Tail can be used since it lacks Dragon Claw, Extreme Speed to handle already fast threats if they can't be paralyzed or HP is too low to take opposing hits(remember, Zygarde is slow, especially with this EV spread), Stone Edge if switching to a pokemon that checks TFlame is too dangerous to do, and Outrage for sheer power.

Best teamed up with wish passers, Heal Bell/Aromatherapy users, special walls, and/or any pokemon that resists ice.
