I'm stuck with the mission of the engineer in Cellia North because I can't find an Up-Grade, I searched in all Cellia but it is nowhere to be find. Luri Posted July 11, 2024 Share Posted July 11, 2024 You can purchase an Up-Grade from the Cellia Trainers Emporium in Cellia Central (The Emporium is located in the north western corner of the city near the Cellia Sewers entrance where you obtain a squirtle).
