Wheres the pinata trainer?

Im just asking this bc normally the exp grinding trainer would appear in this area after I get the first badge, but in this save the trainer is absent

 

Idk if its caused from a glitch in my save, but I wanna ask if theres an alternative way to unlock the grinding trainer

 

PS: I have the pinata password active as I entered the QOL password at the beginning, yeah

Different days have different trainers; I think in your case the exp candy trainers are sitting around the table (to the right side of your pic). Beware; they're doubles trainers. Just talk to the lady in green and you should get the exp candies!
