I read in a guide that stepping on the tiles until they're blue makes a minecart appear, but no minecart appeared anywhere in the gym. If it's already done, check a Sakitron. I don't remember well the puzzle, but you can find on YouTube a guy named Leo. He has made a lot of videos on Rejuvenation.
