I really wanted to know from players who know the game well what tips they have to share.

Is there a Pokémon that might not be as good as torchic but fits in better with the Pokémon available at the beginning of the game?

Are there any Pokémon that make life easier?

What cool tips or tricks do you know?

 

Personally, I start the game and go straight to the hotel roof.

I start by catching a caterpie turning into a butterfree with compound eyes.

After him I catch 5 meowth with pick up.

After that I start collecting items.

Next up is capturing jigglypuff with moon ston.

I teach him Covet and then he starts collecting moon ston.

This is how I get it before venam nidoking nidoqueen wigglytuff and delcatty.

By lowering them to level 1, they learn powerful moves.

All of this helps me get a lot of AP even before the first gym.

If I recall correctly, the Bonsly you get from team Xen(as a shadow Pokemon) doesn't have mimic and is past the level to learn mimic, so you'll have to use reverse candies on it to lower it and then get it up to the level it can learn Mimic so it evolves into sudowoodo. I just started playing pokemon rejuvenation so I don't know much about the game.

When you start your journey, you should get as soon as possible the TM Hidden Power useful for the 2-3 first badges and the TM Flash for Narcissa. It will be easier to deal with the game.
