[I GOT GUTS]
[Heracross] (M/F) @ [Flame Orb/Toxic Orb/Life Orb]
Trait: [Guts]
EVs: [252 Atk/252 Speed/4 HP]
[Nature] Jolly
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge/Rock Slide
- Earthquake

[Guts is a powerful ability, granting power equivalent to a Choice Band. However, it only takes effect when one is statused, and it's not very useful when frozen(if asleep, you can at least use Sleep Talk). Regardless, it does nullify the burn attack reduction, though not the damage. For this set, I would recommend you use one of the orbs, granting a free status. I can't really say one is better than the other, it depends on the situation. Burn is better for staying in for a prolonged period, as Toxic will build up damage over time. However, I recommend Toxic nonetheless, as at 2 turns it is superior, equal at 3, and worse at 4. As your speed is not exceptional, it is quite likely a counter will come in after a turn or two, forcing you to switch. In summary, you should be more of a hit and run Pokemon, sweeps will be very, very rare. Life Orb is also an option if you think you can consistently switch in on a status move, however it will drain your HP extremely quickly if you are burned or poisoned, also one mispredcition can screw you over. The damage is definitely worth it if you can pull it off, however it is quite a risky strategy. Close Combat and Megahorn are the best STAB moves Heracross has, X-Scissor has been omitted as the lack of power is a serious turn off for a Pokemon that needs to do maximum damage. However, for your rock move Rock Slide is possible, as it is more for coverage and not a STAB move you will consistently rely out. Earthquake is a fairly obvious move that rounds out the moves. EVs are pretty self explanatory, with all the attack you have Jolly is pretty much a must to compensate for your speed.]

Spill Their Guts!

Heracross (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Swarm / Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Endure
- Reversal
- Stone Edge
- Megahorn

EnduReversal here. Pretty simple. Endure to take a potentially fatal attack, and the Salac Berry gets gobbled up. Then, you let loose. Reversal can and will destroy. Then again, so will Megahorn, albeit to a lesser extent. Stone Edge gets Chandy and all those bastards. Choose Swarm for "immediate" power on Megahorn or Moxie for the long term.

Moxiecross

Heracross (M) @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Moxie

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide/Shadow Claw

Fixed that for you. Adding those 4 HP points actually makes you have one less switch-in when there are hazzards up due to it making you have and even amount of total HP. Shadow Claw is also an option if you aren't boosted from Moxie already or are really worried about things like Jellicent.

You should add Night Slash as an option, Wes. More Pokemon resist it, but at least you don't have the potential to become a laughingstock as you are forced to face the truth that even Blissey forces Heracross out.
