Zinarei Posted April 2, 2014 Share Posted April 2, 2014 Hello everyone! My name is Javier "Zinarei" Ruiz. I'm a cosplayer/prop-maker, and I'm also a huge fan of Pokemon. I live in the East Coast USA, and I'm regularly found at conventions in that area. I'm best known for making armor, but I used to make papercraft models back in my early college days. I doubt any of you have heard of it, but I'm the founder of the now abandoned Final Fantasy Papercraft site. I've come to this forum mostly because I was attracted by the actual Pokemon Reborn game. I watched Shofu's Let's Play videos on Youtube and thought it was a spectacularly crafted game, especially for being made on one of the RPG Maker engines. I noticed that you guys have some sort of league play going on using Pokemon Online, so I thought I would hit that up too. Is that still actively going on? But yes, glad to meet you guys! You should also go on the server to get the full expeirence of Reborn. Just download Pokemon Online. Don't be afraid to PM me any questions you have. Probably for the best though, as a lot of it was kinda... Well, abstract. I once made a helmet that was supposed to simulate how it might feel to have massive tumors on your head. But I do have photos of my two latest cosplays. I made Ebony Armor from Skyrim and Alternis Dim's armor from Bravely Default. The Ebony Armor was largely unfinished because of time constraints and me skill being in college (it was my last semester). But I'll post a photo for each costume. If you wanna see more, check out my Facebook page. There's a link in my signature. This was my first costume using EVA foam and liquid plastic. I wasn't able to give it a good paint job unfortunately due to time. It's a little embarrising, but here it is. And this is my latest costume.
