I heard a man in the Refugee complex in Beryl Ward say this:
"What-a to do to die today at a minute or two 'til two...
A thing distinctly hard to say and harder still to do...
To beat a tattoo at twenty 'til two, a rat-tat-tat tat-tat- tat tat-tat-tattoo,
For the dragon shall come at the beat of the drum at a minute or two 'til two today... At a minute or two 'til two..."
My reasoning is that I have to beat a Rattata at 1:40 and then return to the top of that building at 1:58 to find a dragon. Is this true? Has someone already figured this out? Please answer swiftly, before a minute or twenty before two!
