The bloody covered Akuma heard the cry of dru as he swoops in swinging his hammer and making through the crowd and went behind the wall and regroup with the fellow fighters. Akuma heard the plan "Agreed, My hammer never grows weary as long as it taste blood" as Akuma started to get going finishing the remaining minions.

i sense something is different about this batch, a worthy opponent for my hammer to bash, If this keeps up i might resolve to my last resort.

As he continues to bashing everything in sight with cold brutal strikes while dashes towards enemy lines.

A pillar of earth appeared before him as Drug'thok aided him with his sorcery .He held his ground in enemy lines surrounded by a group consist of Orcs and Lizardman. Akuma was in for a brutal fight, as he keeps bashing and swinging his hammer heavily and brutally as he could, but blood was drawn from Akuma as he felt rage inside him building up and an eerie bird like warcry was heard. As the birdman was holding his part of the bargain.

((Sorry about the misunderstanding Edited a few words))

A Dark Aura could be felt by all the Heros, wriggling tentacles of darkness and pure vile evil. It was riding closer and closer, though it was still a ways away. The Elite creatures redoubled their effort moving quicker, soon coming to a crescendo with the group of adventurers. They didn't break formation, being smarter than your average grunt. This would be a tough fight for our heros, especially with the impending darkness swiftly riding in.

(( He is coming my pretties........Bwahahahahaha)).

Sigurd finished off his opponent, angrying the other two. He dodged the first one by sidestepping and positioned himself behind the second Lizard. Both opponents turned around right when Sigurd used the wind to throw particles in the air, blinding them. The Templar enhanced his speed and cut through both opponents.

His attention was drawn by the Half-Orc who had found some tougher opponents. Sigurd fought his way towards the Sorcerer, who was joined by Odin and a Fire Templar. Suddenly he felt a disgusting Dark Aura. Something bad was coming their way.
“What’s the plan?” he asked when he reached his allies.

Drug'thok moved back to the barrier he'd raised, meeting with a few of his fellow heroes in the middle of the fray.

"What's the plan?" one of them asked. The half-Orc raised his eyes to take in the Wind Templar.

So many skilled fighters in one place.... This is no coincidence.

Drug'thok raised a pillar of stone under his feet so he could see over the barrier. The well-organized army was bearing down on them. He returned to ground level, where he leaned in so he could speak more clearly to the others. "I believe our wisest course of action might be to slay their leader first. I cannot aid you with this, however. Once he is defeated, I can likely drive the rest of them off."

Magni joined the others at the Barrier. "I think we need the warriors to charge the Warriors in the front. If my Father can get behind enemy lines with a small force they may be able to take on the Leader, we just need to keep the forward force occupied so they can't back to assist their Leader." Magni said. "I will lead the charge into the front lines with the Warriors, our more sneaky members need to help with the leader." Odin then spoke up "Aye, get me Lady Jeneve, and Lady Helzebeth if you can find her, we need to go into the enemy lines to take out the Leader, I feel even with 3 of us he will still be a hard foe. I don't know if we can make it out of here alive, but we are damned, if we don't try."

Marcus nooded at Odin's statement and turned to answer Magni. "Seems like a good plan to me Paladin. For this time, I'll be following your lead." than he turned to the other heroes "Does everybody agree with that?"

((lol, I'm up way too late but meh))

Helzebeth, having run out of goblin-archers to turn into pincushions, began darting from one roof to another, in search of more targets to knock out.

That was when she finally noticed the earthen barrier and the embodiment of the sinister presence she'd felt earlier approaching said barrier.

Those blasted shields, she grimaced. Her arrows wouldn't penetrate that sort of formation-- there seemed to be no easy chinks to shoot a well-aimed arrow through.

She couldn't offer much help down on their level, either-- archery was her forte, and though she'd had years of practicing with her father's short sword and hatchet, she knew she couldn't even dream to fully match an average warrior, even.

Meanwhile, Hunter seemed to have found his way into the barrier, having heard Odin Thunderbrew speak Helzebeth's name. The bloodied and only barely injured wolf tugged--as gently as a huge wolf could-- at the dwarf, growling as he did.

Odin and his son came up with a simple plan. “Distract the front lines, surprise their leader and slay them all. Got it.” Sigurd said. “I’ll follow your lead, son of Odin.”

He turned toward the Fire Templar. "Never fought with a Fire Templar as my ally before. This should be interesting."

Odin looked at the Wolf that had come up to him. "Hmm, you are Helzebeth's Wolf...... Well then I suppose you will do, I think you are smarter than the average Wolf and will definitely be able to help us on the stealth mission." Odin smiled, he had hope that this might not go as horribly as he first thought. This would be a hard fight but he felt there was hope for now.

"Never fought with a Fire Templar as my ally before. This should be interesting."

Marcus received the compliment with a smile. "And than you have two on the same day eh? Yes, this will be an interesting fight, son of Aelia, so let's get ready to it."

That said, Marcus concentrated on heating his blade to the limit. "Let's see if their shields can stop this" he thought as the blade glowed red.

Nero walked out of the tavern, having finished his spell. It was a muffling spell that focused on his whole body. He had added a few extra pieces to ensure that anything he came into contact with, such as loose leaves, would not make sound either. Merging the spells was what had taken him so long, but he enjoyed the challenge of it.

The chaos seemed to have mostly ended. Bodies lay scattered all around, friend and foe alike. Looking for the others, he walked down a street, casually drawing his sword and cutting open a fleeing goblin before it even knew what hit it. Rounding a corner, he could see the group, but they were in a tight position. A phalanx of enemies was making way towards them, led by a significantly larger enemy surrounded by a black sphere.

"An anti-magic field..." He recognized it from one of the books Scuro had given him to study. He was still far enough away so as not to be noticed. Realizing that he had the element of surprise, he took of into a patch of trees along the left side of the road, hoping to make a wide arc and come around behind the phalalnx. He began muttering another spell, running along his planned out arc the whole time, counting on the cover of the trees and his muffled footsteps to protect him. He snapped his fingers, signaling a release to his spell. It was a habit he had picked up when learning to master his magic.

While his fingers made no noise, the spell had worked. It was meant to blur the vision of those who looked in his direction for a short time. He was hoping that if they did happen to look this way, he could blend in with the trees better.

Xavier was a whirlwind of fire and death. His deadly strikes had a sort of brutal grace as he felled a hapless creature with each blow. He moved from melee to melee, protecting his less physically powerful allies by ensuring any foe who came too close met a swift, fiery end. As his lethal performance continued, he built up an aura of flame. Beginning as a few scattered embers that appeared to float with him merely by happenstance, it grew until he was wreathed in flame, searing those who dared approach.

The templar sighted a much more worthy foe approaching. They were clad in midnight armor and did not break like those before him. Seeing that his newfound allies were preparing for an assault, he launched himself on a swirl of flame, leaping impossibly high while shouting a wordless battle cry. His blade came down in a two-handed overhead strike at the closest enemy as his golden hair, untouched by the inferno, streamed behimd him.

Jeneve wiped the sweat off her face. She had been running around, backstabbing the nameless mook goblins and footsoldiers, and was - to be honest - rather bored. So Odin's plan was like a sweet sonnet to her pointed ears. Sneaking around enemy lines, assassination - both things she excelled in. Perhaps the leader would have some nice loot. She liked the look of that sword... She frowned as she noticed the size of the thing. It was huge. Bigger than her, in fact. Oh well. She could probably melt it down and sell the composite metals for a pretty penny.

She found Odin in the mass of combatants, sneaked up behind him, and clapped a friendly hand on his shoulder.

"Count me in for that plan." She patted the small pouch of coins he had given her earluer . " 'tis only fair that I should earn my keep, after all."

Akuma returns to Odin's side once again as soon as he finishes the enemies on the roof. as he walks towards Odin and the others, draws back his massive hammer on his back. he notice a small amount of blood flows from a small sword cut from his left arm, he paused for a moment as his vision begins to see red as rage builds on trying to hold it in.

"Whenever you are ready" as he sits in a debris nearby looking down at the ground.

Magni took charge of the Warrior group. "Let's begin the assault, everyone on me!" Magni began the charge towards the Phalanx of Lizard People hoping the others would be in tow behind him to fight along side him.

"Quickly Lady Jeneve, let us get to the alleyways, we should be able to sneak around and flank the Officer, hopefully the sailors keep the rabble off of us, but be prepared to fight if we must." said Odin as he ducked around a building. Luckily being a Dwarf his small size made it easy to conceal himself in the alleyway, without crouching down, so he could move at full speed, He had his Hatchet at the ready incase any rabble happened to come across them on their Mission. Odin hoped that Jeneve and Hunter were following him, he would need all the help he could get fighting the big Officer. Luckily Dwarves were well versed in combat where their foe was much bigger than them, but he worried about the other 2.

Xavier jumped into a pile of spears, they were all ready for him as he was about to land, so easily piercing his armour and causing some significant wounds. He would live, but not if he kept making such reckless moves. Lucky for him Magni had just arrived on the scene, and used the Paladin's signature move, The Lay on Hands. Xavier felt his wounds stitch back to together, as if they were never there, but Magni took 2 blows from the Lizards-things spears. They stayed in their formation behind their huge shields but now the Officer caught up. No more magic would be able to be used as the Anti-Magic Shell slipped over their formation, an impenetrable wall of Obsidion Slabs and Pointy Spears faced the incoming charge. And they they had to rely on Pure Brawn to defeat their foes. ((by the way, even Templar magic doesn't work under the Shell, so no Fire or wind shenanigans. You are lucky Magni got to you before the Anti-Magic Shell as well otherwise you would have been hella banged up.))

Jeneve followed quickly behind the dwarf, darting between alleyways and behind buildings. She was at home in dark alleyways, but these alleys were far too constricting. Who knew a village could be this congested? Frustrated, she ran to an alleyway where the gap between the two buildings was narrower, then kicked off against the ground, launching herself off the walls on each side as she was about to fall, landing neatly on the rooftop. Looking down, she spotted the moving figure of the dwarf, then followed from the relative comfort of the rooftops, trusting the other fighters to keep the enemies' attention (and their arrows) away from her leaping form.

A blur of black-grey fur dove in and out of the crowd of lizardlike soldiers, weaving in between them, bumping into them and even snapping at them eagerly in an attempt to confuse them and disturb their ranks. It was just like a wolf selecting prey amongst a herd of buffaloes.

Meanwhile, Helzebeth leapt her way to what appeared to be the village's church(or... whichever nearby establishment has a tower of some sort), so as to obtain an excellent vantage point. She had her arrow prepared for the first lucky target that would flee from the confusion that Hunter was trying to stir up.

Or, the first two lucky targets. She figured that taking as many of them out as possible in the quickest manner, from where she was, was by shooting multiple arrows at once. It was a fun party trick, and efficient too; she just had to be careful not to hit her comrades.

Akuma gaze upon the running paladin as he gives the signal, the one-eye birdman stands up as he scratch his own wound to amplify the pain. his vision was consume by rage as he only sees infrared movements coming out from his allies.

as Akuma release a warcry in a form Kenken [birdmother guide me through this warpath] which is like a Bird screech to others.

Akuma spread his wings as he draws his massive hammer as he dashes with great speed and hoping to catch up to Magni, he wrap himself in the comfort of his wings to protect himself from incoming projectiles as he charges towards the enemy lines

Drug'thok waited calmly behind the Barrier, blasting the rabble away with pieces of stone to guard the backs of his comrades in the anti-magic shell. Come on. Drop the Officer and the fight is ours!

The Officer From the back now called out in Common, as if to taunt the townfolks as they battled. "Blot out the Sun, FIRE AT WILL!!!!!!!!" all of a sudden a Legion Archers appeared, far back out of the town, they rained arrows over the battle field. Screams could be heard as Friend and Foe alike were felled by the blind arrows. The Officer smiled widely. He hoped to break their spirits, before he broke all of their bodies.

Odin stopped quickly as he saw the foe in his sights. The Officer stood laughing, apparently thinking he could easily break the spirits of the townsfolk, clearly due to his bleating out orders in Common. Odin whispered under his breath "Never underestimate Fisherman, when we aren't fishing we get ornery." His hatchet went flying towards the the Officer, He didn't even see where it came from due to him being so busy gloating. The Hatchet landed square in his face, he pulled it out and threw it to the ground, spitting mad. Blood trickled down his face, as he spewed many curses in his strange language.

as Akuma catch up to the young paladin with the pyro templar seems to be in trouble. He speed up even more as he tries to hit the lizard charging up his hammer for a full swing with a heavily force as his feet levitate as if he was gliding.

Akuma's Hammer crashed horribly into the Shield wall of the Lizard's. The Obsidian Shield cracked, the top half falling a way. The Lizard-Thing behind it Took this opportunity to drop his spear and quickly get his sword to swing at Akuma. The Kilij flew quickly in a sweeping motion towards Akuma, threatening to slash open his stomach.

The tower definitely came in handy-- Helzebeth took refuge in there as the deluge of arrows fell and clattered against the stone walls.

Confound it all, there's another group of archers? Once the arrow rain was over she climbed back onto the rooftop tentatively.

Arrows had pierced the spot where she stood moments ago. Out of the corner of her eye she saw opportunities to shoot to kill.

She pulled an arrow out, and fired it at the lizard thing as it swung its blade at Akuma, having aimed for its heart.

Hunter, meanwhile, continued running through the group of lizards to scatter them, attacking some, dodging some.
