You can try going into the Graphics folder and try renaming the names of the picture sprites around so you get back your original character. If you saved and you already reached Route 1, then look here: http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=7377 post #4 If you didn't reach Route 1 yet, but you're already far in the game, then leave your save file here.
