Shiny Solrock?

So I was wandering Tanzan cave, and in one of the offshoots was a Solrock. The poor thing had no mouth, so it must've been starving. Either way it attacked for my pokesnax and lo and behold, it was shiny. Is this normal, or am I just lucky?

Well, you are lucky and you aren't.

Not everytime event pokemon show up as shiny, so yeah. Good one. But the shinies are more common in Reborn, so there's that to consider.

All event pokemon CAN be shiny, as Ame had said in the last post about the Shiny Vulpix thing

I meant that as in: "While event pokemon can be shiny, they don't show up all the time. Normally people soft reset".

So it is luck in a sense...

My Ralts was shiny :3 you just have to be lucky

The rate for shiny pokemons in Reborn is 1.07% iirc.

i got it too.. though was on my 4th or 5th soft reset.. i kept killing it... oops..

I wanted a shiny beldum...but damn thing has such low catch rate...had to save the game the only time i was able to catch it...a normal one ofcourse
