Prankster, Indeed.
Liepard (F) @ LeftoversTrait: Prankster
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Taunt / Thunder Wave / Encore
- Swagger
- Substitute
- Foul Play

I've seen three different variants of this set; I myself used Taunt, because I use this as my lead.
Basically, it goes like this: If you expect status or a move that could potentially miss, Sub. If you expect some sort of setup, Taunt. Now, this is a risky set for one reason...
Swagger. 50-50 win/lose. If they attack themselves that turn, great! Sub and let them damage themselves more, or go straight for the Foul Play to use their +2 attack against them even further. Not much survives it, unless it's resisted... and even then, I've taken down 4x resists, such as Lucario, with this set as well; it all comes down to them hurting themself.
...But if they don't attack themselves? Dead kitty.
So using this set comes down to luck in the end. They have to attack themselves or miss or something, or you lose. Pretty much guaranteed.

Wish granted, Ame.

I Have A Feeling They Got To Liepard When They Typo'd Leopard

Liepard (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Taunt
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit / Swagger
- Thunder Wave

Liepard's like Mandibuzz; it's buried in the tiers for a reason, but it's good at what it can do. Taunt forces the other pokemon to use attack moves, making Sucker Punch hit time after time with 120 base power. Thunder Wave gives Liepard a niche, as besides Thundurus it's the only fully evolved pokemon in the game with priority Thunder Wave which makes Liepard a great supporter as well. Liepard is also a pretty good user of Pursuit; however you can choose Swagger for priority parafusion.
