Dragonz996
[Sap Sipper] Miltank (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Sap Sipper EVs: 252 HP / 76 Atk / 180 SDef Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk) - Heal Bell - Milk Drink - Toxic - Body Slam Sap Sipper Miltank is honestly my favourite Miltank, since I'm using Rain. Heal Bell and Milk Drink can heal Miltank's HP and the team's status problems. So Sableye is pretty much countered there . Use Toxic if you wanna stall your opponent. Body Slam has STAB and it has a chance of Paralysis, which is good since this Miltank is Support.
Bullet
[Milftank] [Miltank] (M/F) @ [Life Orb] Trait: [Scrappy] EVs: [252 Atk/252 Speed/4 HP] [Nature] Adamant/Jolly - Double Edge/Return - Earthquake - Milk Drink - Ice Punch/Fire Punch/Zen Headbutt [When people look at Miltank, they see a slow wall that will heal all day and Toxic stall you, or maybe Curse. However, Miltank has a surprising 100 base speed, and a decent attack stat to work with. While the attack stat is usable, it is still far from desirable, so a Life Orb is used, and Adamant can be used as well, though Jolly is also possible. Thanks to its Scrappy ability, Miltank's STAB of choice will hit ghosts, making it quite a force. Rock and Steel, the remaining two types to resist it ccan be dealth with via Earthquake. Milk Drink help mitigate the Life Orb damage, and any other minor damage you rack up. However, remember that you are not using a tanky set, and that you should avoid taking any overly powerful attacks. For the final moveslot, a coverage move is used. Fire Punch is more effective against Ferrothorn, and hits Skarm. Ice Punch can go nicely with a Jolly nature, tying or exceeding most speed unboosted Dragon types. However, should you choose to use Miltank in a lower tier, in which it is more viable then Ice Punch and Fire Punch are less useful, and Zen Headbutt it a good move to hit those pesky Fighting types. However, a x2 Zen Headbutt is weaker than a neutral STAB Double Edge, and it has less accuracy, although it has a chance to flinch. ]
