an OU team

Camelot

Recommended Posts

Hello fellow reborn community:) Warn immidietly. this team is not mine. it's my bro's team. but he left reborn , so i am using his team.

well let's get started.

Manectric (M) @ Manectite

Trait: Static

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

- Volt Switch

- Flamethrower

- Hidden Power [ice]

- Thunderbolt

As i know, manectric could kill such stuff as unboosted suicune , other water types and ferrothorn and etc. i am not familiar with 5 and 6 gen though . i stopped after 4.

Toxicroak (M) @ Black Sludge

Trait: Dry Skin

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

- Swords Dance

- Sucker Punch

- Drain Punch

- Ice Punch

Since manectric's major problems is chanseyand other bulky sp walls, there is toxicroak. as i saw , dry skin is very useful. sucker punch is for priority.

Malamar (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Contrary

EVs: 92 HP / 28 Def / 136 SDef / 252 Spd

Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

- Taunt

- Topsy-Turvy

- Foul Play

- Toxic

I am not familiar with 6 gen pokes. so well. max speed to outspeed common status and rocks inducers such as hippowdon swampert and etc. Has little bulk.

Entei @ Flame Plate

Trait: Pressure

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

- Flare Blitz

- Extreme Speed

- Stone Edge

- Will-O-Wisp

well. I don't know why he placed entei. will-o-wisp to burn physical guys, mespeed for priority. stone edge - coverage. Had sacred fire , but move banned so blitz

Togekiss (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Serene Grace

EVs: 252 HP / 216 Def / 40 SDef

Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

- Air Slash

- Thunder Wave

- Roost

- Defog

Defensive tank togekiss. serene grace + air slash rocks.

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band

Trait: Technician

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

- Bullet Punch

- U-turn

- Superpower

- Night Slash

Banded scizor could scout and do damage.

so this is whole team. as i noticed , based on switch-turn combo. If this team needs some changes , i would be glad to hear them:)

Sup Camelot,

Your strategy seems to be a volt turn team - but I don't think Toxicroak or Malamar really fit into this team well. Toxicroak really shines in the rain but you don't have any. Malamar's job seems to be applying status to your enemy but at the same time it has no defensive bulk so it dones't really perform that task well. Finally I'd recommend changing Entei to a choice band variant since with volt turn you'll be able to switch it in for free and do some monstrous damage. Entei does get sacred fire too, I think you just have to update PO to see it. Hope this helps!

well i have manectric+scizor as volt-turn combo. but if i will use another 2nd combo so rotom-w and? pr ah . i just want to add somethink to counter scarfed landorus + prankster sableye + skarmbliss so what are 2 pokes who can deal with them and could be applied in this team? any ideas?

For SkarmChans you want a decent attacker. I reccomend Weakness Policy Multiscale Dragonite with Dragon Dance/Extremespeed/Fire Punch/Outrage.

If you can set up Toxic Orb Jolteon (all it needs to do is stay in for one turn to get the orb to activate), it can outspeed and OHKO scarfed variants of Landorus. Fast or bulky special attackers in general can ruin its day. As for Sableye, magic bouncers can help with that.
