Standard
(Blissey) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy/Counter
- Seismic Toss/Ice Beam
- Toxic
- Softboiled

[Should I even explain this? I have to? Fine. It's a standard Blissey, what do you expect? Yay, max HP and Defense. Yay, Softboiled S Toss and Ice Beam obviously are both viable. Toxic is vastly superior to T Wave, it lets you outstall nonsteel walls, Toxic stall stuff, blah blah blah. Aromatherapy lets her work to heal your team of status, but Counterbliss can always be a nice surprise.]

BL Sweeper
(Blissey) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SpA / 4 HP
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell/Minimize
- Softboiled
- Charge Beam
- Ice Beam

As the name suggests, this set is particularly viable in the BL tier. Serene Grace gives Blissey a guarenteed +1 SpA boost every time she uses Charge Beam, and an awesome 1 in 5 chance of freezing every time Ice Beam is used. The electric/ice combo is great type coverage, and with great bulk, Blissey can accumulate boosts very efficiently. Minimize is a tantalizing option over Heal Bell, but will leave Blissey vulnerable to Toxic.

On my team, this Blissey is paired with Baton Passing Mew (Max HP + SpD), who gives Blissey Iron Defence and Nasty Plot. The Nasty Plot is not necessary, as Blissey can easily boost herself, but serves only as a coupe de grace. Three Iron Defences will put Blissey at 520 defence, taking only ~30% from Victini's V-Create and ~40% from Meloetta's Close Combat.

As with any setup set, this Blissey is vulnerable to phazers and hazers. Unaware Quagsire loses to this set unless it has Scald, as it's destined to be frozen after a few hits.

Special Wall
(Blissey) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Sp. Def / 4 Speed
Careful Nature (+Sp. Def, -Sp. Atk)
- Softboiled
- Wish
- Toxic
- Metronome

Yes, Metronome. Everything else is standard, but metronome will give your opponents a run for their money, brining either chaos or salvation for them. Pretty simple, full Sp. Def and HP. Need I say more?

((You didn't expect a Ruby/Sapphire set, did you?))
This set is meant to give Blissey some offense, and it does a fair job of it. Calm Mind Blissey also counters other Calm Mind Pokemon, except for Jirachi. Ice Beam and Thunderbolt are Blissey's primary offensive options due to their great coverage, but if you are afraid of Jirachi, slap on Flamethrower to break Jirachi's Substitutes and make it retreat in a heartbeat. If you do use Flamethrower, then also go with Hidden Power Grass. While this combination does leave Blissey a tad vulnerable to Salamence and Dragonite, it has the advantage against Swampert and Tyranitar, and still keeps Dugtrio at bay.
Counter is a good option as well, as Blissey's base 10 Defense make her huge bait for physical attackers. Serene Grace is the preferred ability in OU, but if you use this Blissey in Ubers, either ability works due to the prevalence of Toxic. Additionally, use Thunder in Ubers over Thunderbolt to take advantage of rain.
Maximum Special Attack investment and a Modest nature maximize Blissey's special attacking potential; although Blissey still won't OHKO Dugtrio that run at least 44 Special Defense EVs, it can stop the rare specially defensive Gengar from setting up Substitute with impunity, and more easily take down Skarmory, Weezing, and Zapdos. A Bold nature is viable as well.
