Where can i find these pokemon/items?

Looking for a couple of pokemon (5 are my team, 3 are gonna be in rotation as needed)

What im looking for are

(on my team) Stunky

(on my team) Tyrunt's Fossil

(on my team) Ralts

(on my team) Drifloon

(on my team) Sewaddle

(in rotation) Budew

(in rotation) Scrafty

(in rotation) Pansear

Now the items im looking for:

Jaw Fossil (for tyrunt, obviously), Shiny Stone x2, Fire Stone

[Lost Lore]

Stunky - Alleyways pretty much anywhere but Obsidia Ward, and rarely in the Railnet.

Tyrunt - Quests from the Order of the Helix. (Late game option, so I hope you're okay with waiting that late.)

Ralts - A house in Lower Peridot Ward- bring Pokesnax.

Drifloon - Outside the Abandoned Power Plant- the one across Beryl Bridge, specifically- on a windy day.

Sewaddle - Wild in Jasper Ward.

Budew - Wandering around by the Lapis Ward flower shop... there are specific requisites for it, but I'm not 100% sure on them?

Scraggy - Obsidia Slums, with the Dull Key. Dull Key is in the Railnet, but you will need Strength to access it. (You actually don't, but it's advised to wait.)

Pansear - Hiding under Opal Bridge on a rainy day. Also requires Pokesnax, I think?

You can get Fire Stones from mining, and there's a Shiny Stone hidden in the Wasteland and another outside Citae Arc-d'Astrae, I believe?

Where would i get pokesnax, and how do i know if its a windy day?

For Budew you will need an item called Rose Incense (carry it inside your bag). You can obtain one for free from battling a girl just above the Pokemon Center in Peridot Ward. Then follow the train tracks in Peridot Ward all the way north, and you shoudl see Budew walking on top of the wall on the right. Go up to it and press A and it'll be yours.

Where would i get pokesnax, and how do i know if its a windy day?

You can get Pokesnax from some vendors just standing around. There's one on the west side of Peridot Ward who sells one for 650 pokedollars. I think Obsidia Dept. Store sells Pokesnax. Lapis Ward flower shop sells them, and I think the candy shop in Obsidia also sells them but idk.

You can tell that it's a windy day when you see transparent diagonal lines "blowing" across your screen. You can go up to a TV and keep interacting with it until you get a weather forecast and then you can change the day on your computer accordingly.

There's a guy selling it by the Jasper Ward blockade if I'm not mistaken. And the screen effects will go sideways, wind like weather.

There's another Shiny Stone hidden on Azurine Island, about halfway through.

i am 99% sure its a dawn stone in the wasteland not a shiny ston but there is one at the citae arc d'astrae and on azurine island.

You also get a Fire Stone at a rock beside the Heatmor in Pyrous Mountain. I would take a picture.. but nah.. actually :T
