After the bullet had approached Mr. Taylor he saw some boy appear and block the bullet, then one of the other boys called upon seven angels to defeat a group of shadow monsters. Shortly after that the two boys then took off to go and search for the youngest of the boys. "... That's it, I think it has become quite clear that I am tripping something fierce right now," Mr. Taylor sat down, he knew was old, but he didn't think that he should be hallucinating especially since this is the first time he'd ever experienced anything like this.

"Maybe, I'll just sleep it off," he said aloud as he took his sleeping bag out, took off his straw hat, and laid down next to a pile of books. While laying down he couldn't help but here all of the strange noises and he thought he may have seen a rat holding a gun jumping on top of the book shelves. "Yes, I'm definitely going to need to leave tomorrow and see a doctor," he sighed to himself while still struggling to fall asleep.

After the landing, Ixidor went looking for Ethic in this library turn into a battlefield with all the wreckage. Suddenly everyone started retreating for Ixidor was dumbfounded of what just happen. In his shocked he saw the one legged giant eagle can't stand up due to its lack of balance as it struggles in pain. Ixidor felt sympathic as his hands glow as he thrust out his arm towards his creation trying to end its misery "hate to see you struggle mr.eagle, goodnight my creation" as the eagle evaporated into thin air like it was just pencil shavings as the young painter sheds a tear.

as the Wererat and his new found friends went through a different directions, He saw a glimpse of Ethic's fatigue jacket as it runs through another aisle.

"whats going on?where is everybody going!?" as he screams in worried in this seems to be in an empty part of the wreckage of this library.

Nathan approached the area the noise had presumably come from, judging from the state of disarray it was in. He noticed an old man laying down nearby, and he appeared to be going to sleep. Big mistake, he thought as a grin spread across his face. He pulled out one of the knives he carried on his person and crept over to where the man laid down, preparing for a quick slash to the throat.

"I don't know this Byron character, or what this judgement is, but sounds fun.Bwahahaha. Lucky me."

The voice sighed.

"This is not going to work like this."

Suddenly the space around Quincy began to change. All went back for a moment, and the next he knew he was in a court room. Hundreds of Shadows formed the jury, and the judge himself sat just before him, a man with dark hair, dark eyes and an alarmingly pale skin.

"Now that we're in a more apropriate environment, I would like you to answer some things. First, the easy ones. Quickshot Quincy, who are you?"

"I'm Rose, I don't know the names of my companions but I swear we won't hurt you."

"My name is Damian. I'm pretty lost in here, and you seem to be kind of lost too. I don't mean to be hasty but it isn't safe in this place. So when ever possible we should keep moving. Just don't hurt yourself alright?

Taking the iniative to help someone out was just his common nature. Rose seemed to be doing a little better so they could keep a good pace.

"So, who are you other two?"

Mr. Taylor rolled over to catch a young man with a knife drawn creeping over to him. "So young man, perhaps I'm not the only disillusioned person in this place after all, or are you just a figment of my imagination?" Mr. Taylor said contemplating why in the hell someone would just kill a stranger, he had been all over the world and no one had ever attempted to slit his throat in his sleep, nor had done any of the things he had seen today. "Or perhaps you're the reaper himself, well young man whatever the case may be if it is my destiny to die here then I won't fight you," Mr. Taylor pushed himself upward in order to sit up, "But, perhaps before you slay me, you can answer me one question, why kill an old man in his sleep when you have no idea what he may have to offer you?"

Marcus stopped for a moment, confused. He had expected fear, or maybe anger, but this was not a usual reaction. "Well, what do you have to offer me?" he replied. It didn't appear that the man could defend himself; may as well play his game.

"Well my dear lad, I'm an archeologist, I've been through many a pyramid in Egypt, traversed the Amazon, and canoed down the Colorado river right through the Grand Canyon itself," Mr. Taylor said while starting to roll up his sleeping bag, "I may not look like a fighter, but if anyone here can navigate this place it's me, and whether or not you're a figment of my imagination it seems as though destiny itself has decided we shall traverse whatever this place is together," he continued, then grabbed his cane and his bag and threw his straw hat back on, "Well then, if your here for an adventure friend then we best get to it."

Mr. Taylor nodded at his new compatriot, then turned around and began pressing forward, "So lad do you have a name?" He asked while slowly reaching towards his belt, carefully unfastening the revolver he held there. "My name is Michael Taylor, but you can call me Mr. Taylor if you'd like."

"I'm Marcus." No one knew his name around here; it was fine if this man knew. He noted a small motion that the older man made. He couldn't see what Taylor was doing, but he could make a few guesses. "And if you pull that on me, you might kill me, but you'll come with me, I can promise you that."

Mr. Taylor smirked and turned to Nathan "Now lad, you can surely understand why I feel the need to protect myself, but I have a sneaking suspicion that you value your own life a tad higher than I value mine, so let's make a promise you put your weapon away and I won't pull mine out. Also I'm afraid it won't due if you walk behind me, nor you I. So, I suggest we walk together. I know I may not be as fast as you, but again if your looking to go any deeper in this place, then I can of course speed up your quest, that is of course, assuming you are real," Mr. Taylor then slowly moved his hand away from the revolver as to show Nathan he meant what he said, "Now, if I'm not mistaken this library is similar to the library set up in the Vatican, which has most of its secrets laid in the southeast corner, so I suggest we head in that direction."

"Sounds fair to me." He stowed the blade in a pocket sewn into his sleeve. The young man displayed no sign of fear, or any emotion at all. Idly, he asked, "What makes you think this place is set up like the Vatican? For that matter, how can you tell what direction is what?"

Ixidor seems hopeless as one seems to answer him, He grew tired of waiting for some to repond as he mumbles "What am i doing here probably mister ethic is somewhere in this labyrinth library hmm...dont know if his is wise but i guess I should follow my instincts" as he hopefully use his powers as he draws a transportation to get around the maze, "And there.. a Horse!" he said after he finished his sketchwork.

A white horse appeared before his eyes as he picks up his sketchpad on the ground. The white horse offered a ride as it bends its 4 knees on the child's feet. "Ok, Mr.horse i want you to carry me as we search for my friend", As soon as he said that, the horse didn't move. " Hey,come on giddyyup mr.horse" as the horse change its tone and tilt its body rapidly. Suddenly the horse's eye begin to turn red, as its skin begins to decay. the white horse was no more. Instead Ixidor's ride transform into a nighmare skeleton rapid stallion. "Whoa whats going on!" as he said.

Before he got idea getting down the rapid skeleton horse decided to give him a ride he wont forget. as it gallops and started running through the aisle of the bookshelf in a wild manner knocking everything in its path, Ixidor hang on for dear life as it makes its way through the maze. as the horse passes through every corner of the aisle, he glimpse at the Old gentleman with a another shady fellow that seems to be holding a dagger but it was all a blur as the horse takes him on a rodeo.

"Hey, that old man from before, he seems to be in trouble maybe i should help him, if i only know how to stop this thing!" as he cries and the skeleton horse hurled through the pile of books heading in a different direction.

Mr. Taylor sighed as Nathan stowed his blade then answered his question as he began walking, "Well, I can't say for sure that this place is set up like the Vatican, but if I've learned anything as an archeologist over the years, it's that human beings all think alike. If you have a library, you're likely to hide something in a corner or behind a particular bookshelf, one that looks significant, but not overly significant. Now as to how I know, which way is which, well we've only been inside for merely a few hours, at most, any good navigator can retain where he last saw the North star, at least to some extent," as he continued walking and answering Nathan's questions he saw the young boy from earlier riding on what appeared to be a horse made entirely from bones, "Do you see there dear boy? That's perhaps the main reason I don't fear you, if you do in fact see a horse made entirely from bone then I know for a fact that I must be imagining you, and if you do not then my mind has withered beyond repair."

"You know, you keep saying I don't exist. It's rather annoying. Yes, I do see the horse. I doubt it is friendly. Unless you would like to test the reality of it, I suggest we move on. If you would like to test my reality, do continue voicing your doubts." All of this was delivered in the same even, slightly disinterested tone Marcus had used thus far.

Mr. Taylor chuckled again at Nathan's comments, "Now, lad I thought we were past the point of making threats," he said in a lighthearted manner, then his tone switched to a more serious one, "However, you must understand my concerns, I've seen a one-eyed lion-like creature, shadows jump out from books, a young man create portals in mid-air, and another young man summon angels from a card. Now I've seen a great many things throughout my life, and magic is not one of them, so I must then question the sanity of my own mind, especially at my advanced age," his tone once again lightened up, "So, you said I can test your reality? Then tell me, why aren't you shaken at the fact that a horse made only of its own bone running around with a man no older then 13 on it?"

Marcus shrugged. "The only thing I can see the world with is my mind. If it says there's a skeleton horse, so be it. No use worrying about it unless it affects you." He looked at Taylor. "Besides, if my mind wasnt working, how would I tell?"

Mr. Taylor took in what Nathan had just said, "Perhaps, you're right, whether or not this is real is inconsequential, what matters is my own perception and if that tells me that a horse made of bone is there, than I must accept that," he said taking in that perhaps he was accepting his own insanity, "Well lad, thank you for that," he stopped and looked around, the set up was exactly the same all over the place. "Hold on for a second," Mr. Taylor said, while walking over to a book shelf, picking up several copies of the books, careful not to open any of them, "Just as I thought, each book is exactly the same, just as each bookshelf we pass is exactly the same," the realization then dawned on him, the passage from earlier, he knew it sounded familiar, how could he have been so foolish, he quickly turned to Nathan. "Did you see a stone with some encryption on it earlier, and if you did, can you tell me what it said?"

The little girl hopped up cheerily, as if none of the strange things she had seen seemed to disturb her.

"My name is Enya Gillespie, and this is Ace! He really, really hates the rain and water, so please don't ever get him wet," she said, smiling as she held up the bear.

Strangely though, her ice blue eyes seemed to leave a mark of some sort in the eyes of anybody who'd stared into them for too long...

Glancing at Enya, "Ace", Damian, and their still unnamed ally, who had taken a hard fall from this encounter, Rose stood. "Ok," she whispered, "we'll move as soon as possible."

As the others took a moment to rest and check on the unnamed girl, Rose started thinking. It was true that she practiced magic as a hobby, but she was prepared to swear on her life that she had made two groups of shadows disappear somewhere else earlier. Magic didn't exist, this was true. But this hill had proven to be anything but ordinary. Could it be that the hill had granted them all some sort of power to use while in here? But she also couldn't explain why she kept getting so sick. Until she figured that out, Rose decided to stay quiet about this idea.

"I, Quickshot Quincy am the fastest shot in the West, no idea what this place is though. Randomly found myself in this Library.". the Rat answered. He was entirely serious. In his twisted mind that was 100% true. Quincy was a completely different entity to Byron, with his own memories, and his own twistedly broken mind.

A murmur of disaproval came from the jury at Quincy's statement. The judge raised his hand, and it stopped right away.

"Oh, than I think I will have to call our other indictee to help us answer better"

He waved his hand and suddenlly Quincy was split in half .

The separeted halfs fell on the ground, blood forming pools beneath them. Almost instantly, however, the blood started running backwards, back to the body. Which now was bodies actually.

Sitting on the floor and facing each other were Quickshot Quincy and Lord Byron the third.

"I suppose you don't know each other?" the judge asked.

"Who the bloomin' hell is this Varmint?" shouted the rat. Bryon was very out of it, being suppressed for awhile he had noidea where he was, or what this rat creature in front of him was. "I am Lord Byron the Third , though I have no clue who you are either." Byron replied once he came to his senses.

"You two are one, one living within the other for your whole lifes. If I was into poetry, I might say one is the monster inside the other. Though I couldn't tell which is which." The judge started.

"Both of you are killers that's what matters in this court. What makes you enjoy killing?"
